We vacuum pack our Softies before shipping to keep them clean and safe during transit. Softies come with an optional to purchase a cotton gift bag, tissue paper and ribbon so you can beautifully wrap the Softie when it arrives.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    We ship to over 200 countries around the world and we always work with the best couriers to make sure your Softie arrives quickly and in great condition. Scroll through the drop down menu on the order page to see all of the countries available.

  • What if my Softie gets lost in the mail?

    We ship by Express Couriers who we trust. We always choose the best courier for the job and ensure that we use a service with package tracking. If, for any reason, your Softie hasn’t arrived, please contact us as soon as possible via enquiries@childsown.com

  • How are Softies packaged?

    We vacuum pack our Softies to keep them safe and clean during transit. We also include a cotton gift bag, tissue paper and ribbon so you can beautifully wrap up your Softie when it arrives.

  • Will I have to pay any tax or duty on the Softie package when it arrives?

    Plush toys are free of duty for many countries. While some countries may insist on charging duty, this is outside of our control. Prices listed do not include tax or duty.

  • What happens if my Softie arrives damaged?

    We take great care in packaging Softies for delivery. If the Softie arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately via enquiries@childsown.com
