Lead Time & Process

Making a Softie usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the time you place your order to when you receive it. These timelines usually depend on the season, but we make sure to have accurate lead times listed on our website so it’s easy to check.

When you submit your artwork or pictures online, you’ll have the opportunity to tell us about any other details that are important for us to include. We’ve been making Softies for a long time and we love the stories behind drawings, as well as learning more about the creative kids who drew them. The more information you provide, the more confidently we can create your Softie.

Our Materials and Studio

We make sure to use high quality fabrics, features and plush for every one of our Softies. All our materials have been through strict testing to guarantee their safety and quality.

Our studio uses environmentally responsible materials and production techniques, and we try to minimise and recycle waste and use renewable sources of energy wherever possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We vacuum pack our Softies before shipping to keep them clean and safe in transit. Softies come with an optional to purchase a cotton gift bag, tissue paper and a ribbon so you can beautifully wrap the Softie when it arrives.

We ship to over 200 countries around the world, and we always work with the best couriers to make sure your Softie arrives quickly and in great condition.
